About the role

The practice provides comprehensive general Urology services to a primarily adult and middle-to-elderly patient population, with a strong referral base and a mix of outpatient and hospital-based care.

Responsibilities

• General Urology with a mix of outpatient, procedural, and surgical care
• Average of 20–25 patients per day
• Very busy established clinic with internal and external referrals

Schedule

Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with a half‑day Friday possible.

Pay

Base salary: $750,000. Compensation model: Salary + Production (RVU‑based). Partnership track available after Year 1.
