About the Role

A community-based hospital in South-Central Michigan is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join a hospital-employed practice. This position offers autonomy, flexibility, and a built-in patient base.

Responsibilities

• Provide urological care within a hospital-employed practice
• Utilize up to 2 full days of monthly OR block time and access to flip rooms for surgical efficiency
• Build and maintain a strong referral network
• Design your schedule with professional autonomy and flexibility
• Operate without call responsibilities
• Use Epic EMR for documentation

Requirements

• Board certification or eligibility in Urology
• Strong clinical skills and ability to develop a patient-focused practice
• Desire for professional autonomy and work-life balance
