About the Role

Duly Health and Care in Naperville is seeking a Urologist committed to empowering health and elevating care for patients while pursuing innovative solutions with their care team. This opportunity includes:

• Practice with 16 urologists and 10 advanced practice providers
• Primary office in Naperville with expansion to Bolingbrook
• Call schedule of 1:6 at Edward Hospital
• Shared advanced practice providers at each site, with one nurse covering 2-3 providers and one MA per clinic

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $525,000 - $550,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Total target cash compensation may range from $550,000 - $700,000, including potential eligibility for:
