This locum tenens urology role involves providing inpatient and outpatient care in a hospital setting with structured protocols and on-site support, including an experienced APRN and full-time physician. Responsibilities include managing general urological conditions such as lithotripsy, urinary obstruction, ureteral stenting, complex Foley catheter placement, nephrostomy care, and testicular torsion, primarily during day shifts with call and 24-hour call coverage. The clinician will see approximately 15 adult patients per clinic day and handle about 15 inpatient consults, with flexibility in volume. Nighttime in-person response is limited, but availability for transfer calls is required. Qualifications include comfort with general urological procedures; board certification is negotiable.
