About the role
This role requires a Urologist to provide clinic and surgical coverage at a Level IV Trauma facility.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of approximately 17 patients per day
- Attend to clinic and OR cases
- Handle hospital emergencies
- Perform surgeries across all ages
Schedule
- Day shifts and 24-hour shifts with on-call duties
- On-site availability required throughout coverage periods
Support staff
- Clinic Medical Assistant (MA)
- Perioperative nurses
- Registered Nurse (RN) in clinic
Qualifications
- Board certification in Urology is negotiable
- Prescriptive authority is not required
Skills
- Ability to manage diverse urological cases
- Adapt to clinic and OR environments
- Provide comprehensive patient care
- On-site presence and emergency management in a collaborative setting
