Urologist – Full-Time

Role: Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist in a growing, physician-led practice in Northern Nevada near Reno and Lake Tahoe. Responsibilities: Provide general urology services, with opportunities for subspecialty interests; perform robotic, advanced stone, and prostate treatments; participate in hospital rounding and weekend coverage; utilize an established referral network and access to ambulatory surgery centers; collaborate with GU and Radiation Oncology support; and engage with a team of 12 Advanced Practice Providers. Qualifications: Board Certification or Eligibility in Urology; open to general and subspecialty-trained physicians, including residents and fellows. Compensation & Benefits: Employed position with no call, base salary plus productivity incentives, with potential earnings exceeding $1 million through partnership and ownership options; ancillary revenue participation; 4 weeks PTO; health, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k).
