Urologist - Beacon Clinic

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate General Urologist to join our team in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. This role is ideal for someone finishing training or mid-career who values autonomy, meaningful collaboration, and the ability to practice medicine the way it was intended. We also welcome those who are fellowship-trained in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS), Urogynecology, or Urologic Oncology.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive surgical and medical care for general urologic conditions
• Participate in outpatient clinic, inpatient consults, and OR procedures
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care with clear communication
• Participate in quality improvement, research, and teaching as desired
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in call rotation as required

Requirements

• Residents, Fellows, and Experienced Physicians encouraged to apply
• General Urologist preferred
• Robotic surgery experience preferred
• Background or interest in multidisciplinary or academic-style care delivery
• Interest in teaching, research, or clinical trials
• Multilingual capabilities are preferred but not required

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree
• Board certifications: BE/BC
