About the role

Full‑time Urologist responsible for establishing and expanding a new urology practice in Spokane, Washington.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a broad‑based urology practice.
• Develop referral relationships.
• Participate in program development, strategic planning, and service line growth.
• Collaborate with a physician‑led team and health system leadership to shape clinical operations and access strategies.

Qualifications

Experience in general urology or specialty interests, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to develop a practice from scratch. Strong communication and collaborative skills with a focus on community health needs.

Compensation

Salary range between $511,699 and $674,990 per year, potentially including incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, and CME benefits.
