Role Overview Provide comprehensive adult urologic care in a community-based hospital setting, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of urinary tract and male reproductive conditions. Key Responsibilities Perform office-based procedures, inpatient and outpatient surgeries, and manage pre- and post-operative care.Collaborate with primary care and specialty teams to deliver coordinated, evidence-based care.Engage in leadership opportunities related to program development, quality initiatives, and clinical education. Qualifications & Skills Board certification or eligibility in Urology.Strong clinical skills in urologic procedures and patient management.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, community hospital environment.Interest in professional growth, leadership, and quality improvement initiatives.
