About the role
Novant Health Salisbury Urology, located in Salisbury, NC, is seeking a board certified/board eligible Urologist to join their team. Established in 1948, the practice delivers accessible urological care to patients from five surrounding counties and consists of four board certified urologists and two Advanced Practice Providers. The practice offers an instant patient base, is convenient to Charlotte, Concord and Kannapolis with easy access to lake living and metropolitan amenities. Physicians are employed by Novant Health Medical Group and affiliated with Novant Health Rowan Medical Center, a 268‑bed community hospital.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of medicine
- Completion of an accredited residency program
- For specialty physicians – completion of an accredited fellowship program specific to the medical specialty
- Current MD license in the appropriate state
- Board certification or eligibility
- Current DEA license

Schedule
- Reasonable call: 1:4 at a single facility
- Easy access block OR time on day one (full day of OR)

Pay
Uncapped salary with P50+ potential; two‑year income guarantee provided.
