About the role

We are seeking a full-time board-certified/board-eligible Urologist to join a collaborative, provider-led group in Snohomish County. This role offers a chance to grow an integrated urology practice with community partners across the region, within a supportive leadership team, an established referral base, and state-of-the-art technology in a physician-led network. The position is located in a scenic Northwest community with vibrant arts, outdoor activities, and easy access to Seattle.

Qualifications

• Medical degree
• Board certification or eligibility

Experience preferred but new graduates are welcome.

Pay

Annual compensation ranges from $475,843 to $631,513.
