About the role

CHA is recruiting a full-time Urologist to join their thriving and growing division at Beth Israel Medical Center.

Responsibilities

• Equipped with the most up-to-date technologies, including the Intuitive XI Robot
• Utilizes fully integrated electronic medical records (EMR) system (Epic)
• Offers robust inpatient and outpatient clinical and administrative support
• Provides well-trained, experienced Physician Assistants (PAs) in the clinic and Housestaff assistance with inpatient care
• Creates a built-in referral base for incoming surgeons and specialists through CHAPO, which employs over 200 primary care providers
• Offers opportunities for personal and professional development growth within a collaborative and collegial practice environment
• Encourages applicants with excellent clinical and communication skills, and a strong commitment to serving a diverse, underserved patient population
• Accepts applications from both generalists and those with a focus on urogynecology and pelvic floor

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible Urologist
• Experience in a teaching environment preferred
• Strong commitment to serving a diverse, underserved patient population

Benefits

CHA offers extremely competitive benefits and salaries. The full-time guaranteed base salary range is $420,000 - $480,000, based on years of experience. Total compensation includes base salary plus productivity bonuses.
