About the role

A 417-bed, independent hospital in the Mountain West is seeking multiple urologists to join their practice. General urology, urology hospitalist, and subspecialized roles such as endourology and female pelvic medicine are available.

• Multiple options for subspecialization
• 7 on / 7 off schedule for hospitalist role
• $650,000–$700,000 base salary range, 4-tier wRVU production model
• Lack of competition and huge demand
• $65,000 signing bonus for general urology; $140,000 for hospitalist; $100,000 retention bonus
• Full benefits package

Hospitalist role: 7 days on, 7 days off

Rapid City, South Dakota – the second-largest city in the state, known as the “City of Presidents” for its proximity to Mount Rushmore.
