Urologist (2026-0447)

About the role

We are currently hiring for a full-time (1.0 FTE) Urologist with a desire to build a practice working in a collaborative, collegial, work environment. Our team currently consists of 3 Urologists, 1 Nurse Practitioner and 1 Physician Assistant and you will have a designated Medical Assistant. You'll split time between our Renton and Covington clinics and spend one day per week in the OR.

Qualifications

• BE/BC in Urology
• Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of WA and DEA with full prescriptive authority
• Open to new graduates

Schedule

• Clinic Hours: 7a- 5p
• General Schedule: 5 day week to start and can transition to 4 10's
• Typically one weekday in OR
• Call: Typically one weekday per week and 7 weekends per year

Pay

• Average # of patients/day: 17-22
• OR block: weekly assigned block time and can secure urgent time outside block if needed
