About the role
The UCHealth Medical Group is seeking a Board-Certified Urogynecologist to join their established practice in Boulder County, Colorado. The ideal candidate will be fellowship-trained, possess exceptional surgical expertise, demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, and have a passion for delivering outstanding patient care.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with general surgery, urologic surgery, and interventional radiology teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Benefit from a strong pipeline of patients and referring physicians, ensuring a steady and diverse case mix.
- Access dedicated robotic block time, supporting high-volume, minimally invasive procedures.
- Nurse practitioners and physician assistants handle most new patient consultations, allowing the surgeon to focus on pre- and post-operative care.
- No emergency department gynecology coverage required; limited call responsibilities are restricted to established surgical patients.
- Surgeon performs 12-14 robotic cases weekly, with a patient waitlist of approximately 5 months.
- EPIC EMR utilized system-wide.
Requirements
- Fellowship-trained in Urogynecology.
- Board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Exceptional surgical expertise.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Passion for delivering outstanding patient care.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree.
- Current license to practice medicine in Colorado.
- Completed residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Completed fellowship in Urogynecology.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with minimally invasive surgical techniques.
- Strong patient care orientation.

Pay
The pay range for this full-time position is $378,900 - $421,000 annually.
