Urogynecology - Physician - Longmont, Colorado

About the role

The UCHealth Medical Group is seeking a Board-Certified Urogynecologist to join their established practice in Boulder County, Colorado. The ideal candidate will be fellowship-trained, possess exceptional surgical expertise, demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, and have a passion for delivering outstanding patient care.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with general surgery, urologic surgery, and interventional radiology teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Benefit from a strong pipeline of patients and referring physicians, ensuring a steady and diverse case mix.
• Access dedicated robotic block time, supporting high-volume, minimally invasive procedures.
• Nurse practitioners and physician assistants handle most new patient consultations, allowing the surgeon to focus on pre- and post-operative care.
• No emergency department gynecology coverage required; limited call responsibilities are restricted to established surgical patients.
• Surgeon performs 12-14 robotic cases weekly, with a patient waitlist of approximately 5 months.
• EPIC EMR utilized system-wide.

Requirements

• Fellowship-trained in Urogynecology.
• Board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Exceptional surgical expertise.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding patient care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Current license to practice medicine in Colorado.
• Completed residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Completed fellowship in Urogynecology.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with minimally invasive surgical techniques.
• Strong patient care orientation.

Pay

The pay range for this full-time position is $378,900 - $421,000 annually.
