You'll host live casino games—Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat—on camera from a professional broadcast studio while players join online from around the world. Responsibilities
- Host live casino games on camera—Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
- Engage online players in a friendly, professional, and entertaining way
- Deal cards, spin the wheel, and announce results with confidence
- Keep the game moving smoothly and energetically every shift
- Complete paid training through Evolution Academy before your first live shift

Pay
$17-$23/hr (base rate + guaranteed tip rate, unlimited customer tips on top).

Schedule
- Day, evening, and overnight shifts available
- Full-time: 40 hours (5 days) or 32 hours (4 days) on a consistent weekly basis
- Weekend availability required

Requirements
- Customer service, receptionist, retail, cashier, or hospitality background welcome
- Comfortable on camera with a polished, professional presence
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to a consistent schedule
- Open to evenings, weekends, and holidays
- No casino or gaming experience required—we will train you
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to obtain a MI Gaming License
- Must complete pre-employment drug and background checks
- Must wear assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards
- Comfortable wearing theatrical makeup (foundation, blush)
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged sitting at counter height chairs and tables
- Repeated use of both hands and arms
- Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4 or more feet away
- Ability to communicate verbally to players
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs
- Ability to present on camera under professional studio lighting
- Game Show Hosts: ability to wear 2 inch or higher heels while standing for 1.5 hours at a time
