Responsibilities

• Operate from a dedicated guardhouse post to monitor community access.
• Professionally greet residents and their guests.
• Verify and grant entry to authorized guests, vendors, and delivery personnel.
• Efficiently and safely operate the gate system.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all visitor and vendor activity.
• Monitor surveillance equipment and report any suspicious activities or incidents.
• Provide assistance and information to residents and visitors in a courteous manner.

Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation (your own vehicle) and be able to commute to Alpharetta, GA.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Previous security, law enforcement, or military experience is a plus, but not required.

Schedule

Wednesday – Sunday, 3rd Shift (8‑hour overnight shift), Full‑Time, includes weekends.
