Contract to Hire position based in Fairfield, OH.

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Pharmacy Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting licensed pharmacists with the preparation, distribution, and management of medications, ensuring safe and efficient pharmacy operations. Schedule

Multiple openings on each shift:

  • 1st shift: 7am - 3pm
  • 2nd shift: 4pm - 12am

Monday - Friday. May occasionally require Saturday work.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately assist in filling prescriptions under pharmacist supervision.
  • Measure, count, and package medications per prescription guidelines.
  • Input prescription and patient data into pharmacy software systems.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure availability.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be a registered Pharmacy Technician with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy (CPhT).

Work Environment

The role offers license reimbursement, monthly catered lunches, and opportunities for growth into compounding and training if certification is obtained.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
