Urgently Hiring PCA, CNA, Caregiver

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly patients or those recovering from surgeries, injuries, or accidents (showering, bathing, dressing, and eating)
• Assist with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc.)
• Plan and prepare meals
• Remind clients to take prescribed medication
• Complete client’s shopping or accompany them to do so
• Perform housekeeping duties
• Report any unusual incidents and act quickly in emergencies
• Assist with activities essential for daily living

Requirements

• Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting and eager to improve skills
• Ability to act compassionately and supportively
• Commitment to providing high-quality care
• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
• Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care is beneficial
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
• Availability to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent; experience as a caregiver or CNA
• Ability to lift 25 pounds, bear up to 50 pounds, bend, kneel, and perform physical duties
• Hoyer Lift experience preferred

Pay

Beginning pay of $12 to $15 per hour or more, depending on experience.

Schedule

PRN and full-time hours available.
