Urgent Opening – Medical Equipment Driver | Menominee, MI

About the role

We have an urgent full-time opening for a Medical Equipment Driver in Menominee, MI. This is a permanent full-time position serving Menominee and surrounding areas within approximately 60 miles. The role is primarily field‑based, with about 75% of the work involving driving, deliveries, and patient support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, set up, maintain, and troubleshoot medical equipment, oxygen, and related supplies.
• Travel to patients' homes throughout the assigned territory.
• Educate patients and caregivers on proper equipment use and maintenance.
• Provide excellent customer service by phone and in person.
• Complete delivery paperwork, route sheets, work orders, and patient documentation.
• Assist with patient intake, referral information, and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate deliveries with the local team.
• Maintain equipment knowledge and follow safety and company procedures.
• Handle loading, unloading, and secure transportation of equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Delivery, healthcare, medical equipment, or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift and transport equipment weighing at least 65 lbs.
• Comfortable with frequent driving and working directly with patients.
• Basic computer skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Pay

Base Pay + Bonus Opportunity.

Schedule

Monday‑Friday, with on‑call rotation every other week.
