Urgent Need Project Manager – Atlassian Enterprise Implementation

About the role

The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact and is responsible for overall management and successful execution of the DeCA Enterprise Atlassian Software and Professional Services contract. The Project Manager oversees project planning, schedule management, resource coordination, communications, risk management, and delivery of contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of Atlassian enterprise implementation and sustainment activities.
• Serve as the primary interface between the contractor team and Government stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan (PMP).
• Manage project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate activities among technical resources, trainers, Government administrators, and stakeholders.
• Track contract deliverables and ensure compliance with performance requirements.
• Conduct status meetings and provide project reporting.
• Manage implementation activities including onboarding, training, and operational transition.
• Ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Coordinate key personnel activities and resource planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing enterprise IT service management or project management platforms for U.S. Federal Government clients.
• PMP certification or equivalent (Agile Certified Practitioner acceptable).
• Experience managing multi-year, multi-million-dollar IT implementations.
