URGENT NEED - Business Analyst with Property & Casualty - REMOTE

About the role

Pinnacle Method Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst with Property & Casualty expertise for a 12-month contract position based in Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial insurance domains and a background in Business Analysis, particularly on projects involving Business Intelligence solutions such as MicroStrategy, Qlik, Tableau, or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
• Develop and maintain business requirements documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
• Support the implementation and optimization of BI solutions
• Provide guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry
• Proven experience in managing and delivering BI projects using tools like MicroStrategy, Qlik, Tableau, or Power BI
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• Professional certifications in Business Analysis or related fields preferred
