URGENT HIRING: Travel Occupational Therapist

Position Details

Location: Fort Myers, FL
Start Date: ASAP
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: 40 hours/week (5x8s or facility schedule)
Setting: Outpatient / Rehab (varies by facility need)

Requirements

• Active Florida OT license
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of recent OT experience (rehab or outpatient preferred)
• Strong background in patient assessment, therapy planning, and functional recovery

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans
• Guide patients in therapeutic exercises and activities of daily living
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet goals
• Collaborate with rehab and interdisciplinary care teams
• Educate patients and families on home programs and adaptive strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation per facility and state requirements
