Key Responsibilities Act as the primary technical liaison between AstreaX and external agencies/partners.Translate business needs into clear technical specifications especially around APIs, data contracts, and integration patterns.Define and document how AstreaX systems must change vs. how partner systems must change to enable seamless integration.Collaborate closely with engineers, solution architects, data teams, and third-party vendors.Review, validate, and refine API designs, payloads, mappings, and data flows.Identify integration risks, gaps, and dependencies early and drive resolution.Support rapid, iterative projects with shifting priorities and short timelines. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst working on complex integrations.Ability to read, interpret, and discuss technical designs with engineering teams.Experience working directly with external vendors or agencies in a technical context.Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.Excellent communication skills able to speak engineering and business fluently.
