Ready to take the next step in your security career? We're looking for a dependable, motivated Security Site Supervisor to lead a professional security team at one of Long Island's busiest retail destinations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support a team of Security Officers.
• Lead by example while maintaining a professional security presence.
• Conduct routine foot patrols throughout the property.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Complete accurate reports and documentation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between site management and the security team.
• Ensure officers are following post orders, company policies, and customer service standards.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of security experience required.
• Previous supervisory, team lead, military, or law enforcement experience is strongly preferred.
• Active New York State Security Guard License required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers and completing incident reports.
• Able to walk and stand for the duration of the shift.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends.

Schedule

• Option 1: Friday & Saturday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  Sunday: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  Monday & Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Option 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
  Weekend Availability Is Required.
