About the Role
Join Open Arms Solutions as a Hindi-speaking caregiver to provide compassionate, one-on-one care to clients in Oak Brook, Burr Ridge, and nearby DuPage County communities. This part-time opportunity is ideal for experienced Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, DSPs, and other home care professionals who can communicate in both Hindi and English to meet clients' language preferences.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
- Support mobility and daily living activities
- Offer medication reminders
- Observe and report changes in the client's condition
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Fluent in Hindi and able to communicate in English
- At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience (home care, CNA, HHA, DSP, assisted living, nursing home, or similar setting)
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to successfully complete required background screenings
