Essential Job Duties Assist clients with personal care and hygienePrepare meals and perform light housekeepingProvide companionship and emotional supportAccompany clients on outings, shopping trips, and errandsProvide non-medical medication remindersAssist with ambulation and safe client transfersFollow individualized care plans and client-specific instructionsComplete required documentation and charting accurately Qualifications Home Care Aide (HCA) registration preferred Not registered yet?
