Responsibilities

  • Be a critical support in urgent situations: directly assist veterinarians and technicians with hands-on patient care in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure a seamless workflow during a crisis: anticipate needs and maintain composure to keep the clinic running efficiently, even during a medical emergency.
  • Provide a calming presence for clients: assist with check-ins, payments, and communications with empathy and professionalism.
  • Maintain high standards under pressure: uphold our commitment to excellence by ensuring accurate record-keeping and maintaining a clean, safe hospital environment.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of veterinary experience, with ER or high-volume experience preferred.
  • Ability to stay calm, composed, and efficient during a medical crisis.
  • Confidence and skill in handling pets, with proficiency in basic laboratory, pharmacy, and nursing skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Flexible schedule, with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
