Peachtree Immediate Care, part of CRH Healthcare, is seeking an experienced Urgent Care Physician to join our team. Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and injuries.
• Manage episodic and chronic conditions with walk-ins and same-day appointments as the sole advanced practice provider for patients ages 2 and up.
• Perform minor office procedures including laceration repair, incision and drainage, orthopedic splinting, and related treatments.
• Perform physicals such as sports, DOT, pre-employment, and annual exams.
• Evaluate patients for workers’ compensation injuries.
• Adhere to state and federal regulations including OSHA, HIPAA, bloodborne pathogens, and related compliance standards.
• Demonstrate detail-oriented and confident medical best practices.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate competence with common PC applications, Microsoft Office, and EMR applications.
• Work with respect and autonomy in decision-making.
• Participate in a team-based approach to patient care.

ACLS/BLS certifications required (will be provided if needed).

Requirements

• Doctorate (MD/DO) with a Maryland medical license and DEA certification.
• ABMS Board certification in emergency medicine, internal medicine, or family medicine. If board-eligible, intention to become board-certified within 1 year of onboarding.
