Locum tenens assignment in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The role starts as soon as credentialing is complete and offers ongoing work with strong support throughout the process.
About the role
This outpatient clinic role covers work-related injuries and urgent care visits for patients ages two and up, with a steady Monday-Friday schedule.
Responsibilities
- Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Treat patients ages two years and older
- Diagnose and treat injuries in an outpatient urgent care setting
- Perform physical examinations and in-office procedures
- Document care using the AllScripts EMR system
Requirements
- Active New Mexico APRN license
- DNP or FNP certification preferred
- 1–3 years of experience, ideally in an urgent care setting
- BLS and/or ACLS and DOT certifications
- Comfortable managing a mixed caseload of injuries and acute urgent care visits
