About the role
The Urgent Care Advanced Practice Provider (ARNP/PA-C) at Valley Medical Center (VMC) in Covington, WA is a full-time (1.0 FTE) position that provides patient-centered, team-based care to a diverse population of patients.
Responsibilities
- Provides patient-centered, team-based care to a diverse population of patients.
- Works alongside a highly motivated and skilled Urgent Care team.
- Supports up to 3 PSRs per shift, 2 APPs, 5 MAs, and 3 Providers.
- Performs a mix of patient visits and limited call responsibilities.
- Average number of patients seen per day: 25-30 average/peak, with flu/cold season seeing 30-35 patients.
Qualifications
- Ability to obtain medical professional license in the State of WA and DEA with full prescriptive authority.
- Prior Urgent Care experience is preferred.

Pay
Base Salary: $187,200
Schedule
General Schedule: 7 days on 7 days off. Every other weekend. Limited call expectations.
