As an Urgent Care Advanced Practice Provider, you will treat non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries with compassion, speed, and clinical excellence. You will provide compassionate and expert care, conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the holistic well-being of patients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Offer guidance and support to patients and families regarding educational resources and community services
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure a coordinated approach to care
- Stay current with research and best practices in urgent care to provide evidence-based care
Requirements
- ARNP or Physician Assistant Degree/Certification
- Active Washington State License in good standing with no restrictions
- DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
- One year of Urgent Care experience is required

Schedule
Hours are 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Monday through Friday and 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM on weekends.
Pay
Pay range: $122,540 - $162,967 per year. We offer a guaranteed base salary, a wRVU quarterly payout with an annual bonus incentive, a starting bonus, and relocation assistance.
