Urgent Care Advanced Practice Provider

About the role

The Urgent Care Advanced Practice Provider will join our dynamic healthcare team dedicated to improving quality, enhancing patient experience, and advancing clinical standards for those we serve. We treat non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries with compassion, speed, and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams
• Offer guidance and support to patients and families regarding educational resources and community services
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure a coordinated approach to care
• Stay current with research and best practices in urgent care to provide evidence-based care
• Hospital hours are 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM M-F and 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM on weekends

Requirements

• ARNP or Physician Assistant Degree
• NP/PA Certification
• Active Washington State License in good standing with no restrictions
• DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certifications by the American Heart Association
• Strong clinical skills and experience diagnosing urgent care type issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to all patients and families

Qualifications

Preferred: 1 year experience following training
