Urban Outfitters Assistant Creative Merchandiser - Women's

Role Responsibilities

• Partner with Buying to align product assortments, inventory, and delivery dates with marketing message timing.
• Cook up and manage the end-to-end sample process, from studio handoffs to SKU tracking and organized sample racks for editorials.
• Select imagery for email and site placements that highlights key merchandise and supports sales goals.
• Track weekly campaign execution, support visual merchandising prototypes, and improve team processes.
• Foster strong relationships across teams and maintain organized, efficient workflows.

• Ability to problem solve and follow direction.
• Pro-active with new ideas and have a healthy curiosity.
• Excellent communication skills and strong verbal etiquette.
• Ability to work on multiple projects, at multiple timelines, while maintaining an excellent attention to detail.
• Responds to feedback positively and constructively.
• Passion for emerging trends.
• Working knowledge of Google Suite.
• Experience with Figma, Asana and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Buying knowledge, styling and retail merchandising experience is a plus.
