Key Holder Role

We are looking for part‑time and full‑time Key Holders to join the team at our Uptown Cheapskate Pembroke location (363 Independence Blvd, Virginia Beach, VA 23462). Candidates must be available to work a minimum of two shifts per week, including some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful service to customers; maintain the store’s positive vibe.
• Presort incoming clothes, shoes, and accessories from community vendors.
• Use the computer system to buy in and price incoming items.
• Organize racks, tag, and hang clothing.
• Ring out customers at the register and teach them how to sell to us.
• Create posts for our social media pages.
• Merchandise the store: organize clothing, handbags, and shoes to keep the store looking attractive.
• Perform opening and closing tasks, including system shutdowns, nightly reports, and opening/closing tills.

Pay

Part‑time rates: $13.00 – $14.00 per hour.
Full‑time rates: $14.00 – $15.00 per hour.

Schedule

Minimum of two shifts per week required, with some weekend availability. Flexible scheduling is offered to accommodate personal needs.
