About the role

We’re looking for part‑time and full‑time Buyers to join the team at our Uptown Cheapskate Pembroke location. Candidates must be available to work a minimum of two shifts per week, including some weekends.

Store location: 363 Independence Blvd, Virginia Beach, VA 23462.

Responsibilities

• Be helpful and nice to customers – our store vibe is everything.
• Presort incoming clothes, shoes, and accessories brought in from vendors.
• Use the computer system to buy in and price incoming items.
• Organize racks, tag and hang up clothing.
• Ring out customers on the register and teach them how to sell to us.
• Help make posts on our social media pages.
• Merchandise: organize clothing, handbags, and shoes, and make the store look appealing.
