About the role
Join the team at Muntanya Restaurant, an authentic Spanish cuisine and culture destination within Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City. This outlet is open for lunch and dinner, offering a unique and inspiring dining experience. As a Bartender, you will provide libations, offer customized recommendations, and maintain an attractive bar. The role emphasizes creativity, casual conversation, and building on your personal style and previous bartending experiences. While primarily focused on bartending, some serving shifts may be required.
Responsibilities
- Provide libations and customized drink recommendations to guests.
- Maintain an attractive and well-organized bar environment.
- Adhere to the latest mixology techniques, bar equipment usage, and sanitation standards.
- Understand and comply with state and local serving guidelines.
- Occasionally fulfill serving shifts as part of the position.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience in an upscale environment.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Refined verbal communication skills.
