Hotel Vin Rogers is preparing to open its doors this September, and we're looking for energetic, hospitality-driven Cocktail Servers to help create one of Northwest Arkansas' premier food and beverage experiences.

Opportunity

As a Cocktail Server, you'll provide attentive, personalized service in our sophisticated bar and lounge while creating memorable experiences for guests enjoying handcrafted cocktails, premium wines, local beers, and elevated cuisine. You'll work alongside talented bartenders and culinary professionals in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where genuine hospitality is valued as much as technical skill.

What You'll Do

• Deliver warm, engaging, and attentive cocktail and beverage service.
• Guide guests through cocktail, wine, beer, and food selections.
• Accurately enter orders and deliver beverages and menu items promptly.
• Anticipate guest needs while providing personalized recommendations.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of menus, spirits, wines, and specialty cocktails.
• Prepare guest checks and process payments accurately.
• Keep service areas clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Collaborate with bartenders, kitchen staff, and fellow Curators to ensure seamless service.
• Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines and verify guest identification when required.
• Create memorable experiences that inspire guests to return.

Qualifications

• Previous cocktail, bar, restaurant, or upscale dining service experience preferred.
• Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and beer is a plus.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
