Upper Elementary Special Education Teacher (SY 26-27)
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the description.
Key sections:
- Starting October 29th, candidates who apply to Special Education Teacher roles will be eligible for a $6,000 signing bonus if they join our team! (This is a bonus, maybe part of Benefits or Compensation.)
- Elementary Special Education Teacher, Brooklyn, New York In-Person Work Required (this is location and work requirement; maybe part of About the role? Could be a short paragraph.)
- Who We Are (section) -> About the organization. Could be "About the role"? Actually "Who We Are" is about organization. Could be placed under "About the role" or maybe "About the organization". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content to those headings.
We have "Who We Are" -> could be "About the role"? Not exactly. But we can treat as "About the role" maybe describing the organization and role context. Or we could create a section "About the role" that includes description of the role and organization.
We have "What We Believe" -> could be part of About the role or maybe not needed as separate heading; we can incorporate into About the role.
We have "Who You Are" -> qualifications/requirements.
We have "What You’ll Do" -> responsibilities.
We have "Compensation And Benefits" -> pay and benefits.
We have "LOCATION AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS" -> maybe schedule? Actually schedule is about work hours; location could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section but not in allowed headings. We could put location info in a paragraph under About the role or maybe under Responsibilities? Probably better to include in About the role as a brief note.
We have "EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER" boilerplate to remove.
We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have specific pay ranges.
We have signing bonus $6,000.
We have benefits list.
We have schedule: "standard work week is 45 hours, though at times you may work more." Also "flexible work environment with the ability to choose your work location during non-student hours 1-3 days a week when possible, all within a structured 45-hour work week." That's schedule info.
We have physical requirements: stand 5 hours a day, stairs, move quickly.
We need to include Pay section only if posting actually states them. Yes we have salary ranges.
We need Benefits section only if posting actually states them. Yes we have benefits list.
We need Schedule section only if posting actually states them. Yes we have work week 45 hours, flexible location 1-3 days.
We need to avoid duplicate content.
We must not include markdown fences.
We must output only HTML fragment.
Let's structure:
