ProRecruiters is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join a growing and dynamic team focused on machining and assembly processes in an aerospace or precision manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage manufacturing systems focused on machining and assembly processes.
• Develop and implement engineering systems aligned with internal and industry standards.
• Ensure all manufacturing activities meet customer and technical specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and support to manufacturing teams.
• Analyze processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Use engineering documentation and database systems to maintain technical accuracy.
• Monitor product flow and troubleshoot production issues.
• Create documentation for manufacturing processes and updates.
• Support product transitions from design to full-scale production.
• Perform other engineering duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in an aerospace or precision manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database management tools.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing systems and standards.
• Skilled in process design, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with engineering documentation and workflow systems.
