Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Manage assigned Systems, such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Set goals, delegate tasks to your team, follow up, and report results.

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with flexible schedules and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to work as a manager in corporate-owned and operated restaurants.

Pay

Starting range of pay is $19.00-$23.00/hour (contingent upon experience).
