Up Closets Installer - Coastal Delaware

Job Summary

We are a family-owned custom closet franchise serving Delaware. We are seeking an experienced Closet Installer to join our team and help build our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Install and properly finish custom closet systems into existing spaces
• Assemble, trim, and problem solve custom closet solutions
• Grow our business in Sussex County and Coastal Delaware
• Provide exceptional customer service and communication throughout the installation process
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements

• We are open to both full-time W2 and 1099 employment. 1099 applications need to have their own insurance and must provide a COI.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Familiarity with a variety of tools and equipment used in closet installations
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational or technical training in carpentry or a related field preferred
• Experience with custom carpentry and cabinetry installation a plus
