About the role

Freight Breakers LLC is hiring dependable, motivated Warehouse Lumpers to join our fast-paced furniture distribution center in Cranbury, NJ. This is a production-pay position, meaning your earnings are based on your productivity and performance. If you're willing to work hard, stay focused, and get the job done, you have the opportunity to earn more.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently unload furniture from inbound trailers
• Move and stage furniture throughout the warehouse
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to repeatedly lift 50–100 lbs
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
• Team-oriented attitude
• Dependable and motivated
• Warehouse or unloading experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidates

Pay & schedule

• Production-based pay: $800–$1,200+ potential weekly earnings; top performers can earn more
• Tuesday–Saturday, 6:00 PM–2:00 AM
