About the Role
As a Clinician Unlicensed, you will provide mental health support services to members served and their families at the program. You will also assist in coordinating all mental health support services provided by the Team, collaborating with team members and outside agencies such as the Conservator’s Office, Public Guardian’s Office, Probation Department, County Behavioral Health Services, and housing and inpatient providers.

- Shifts: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Days: Monday - Friday
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
Pay
Expected starting wage range is $71,760.00 - $84,024.91. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges based on the location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
Requirements
- Registered with the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences as an ASW, AMFT, or APCC (must be valid and current).
- A Master’s Degree in Social Sciences.
- One (1) year of direct service experience with mentally ill individuals.
- Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
- Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, as well as attend meetings.
- Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups.

Santa Maria ACT (Assertive Community Treatment) provides integrated treatment services to 100 adults over the age of 18 whose lives are impacted by severe and persistent mental illness and co-occurring conditions.
