Job Description Aviation & Missile Solutions, LLC. (AMS) is seeking a talented entry level college graduate to join our diverse team, in Huntsville, AL., to create unique solutions for complex problems. AMS provides responsive, cost-effective engineering and scientific solutions ranging from air and missile defense technologies, command and control, radar systems, seekers, modeling & simulation, and prototype hardware development and testing. Our recruiting team will be on the South campus on 10/15/2026 at the Career Fair seeking graduates in the following areas: Radar Analysis/Simulation/Modeling Hardware/Software/Firmware Prototyping Missile Seekers & Sensors RF Datalinks Radar Integration Algorithm development RF hardware HWIL support Field testing support Location: Huntsville, AL Position is full-time in the office. Required Experience Basic Qualifications: Must be a South Alabama student or recent alumni Candidate must be working toward Bachelors, Masters or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science with a 3.5 or higher GPA. Required Education And Experience Candidate must possess or be working towards a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science from an ABET- accredited university. Graduating GPA of 3.5+ Travel Requirements Must be able to travel up to 10% of the year. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
