Position Overview

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and talented Entry-level Professionals or Interns for a variety of positions. As an upcoming graduate or new graduate, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with experienced engineers, and develop your skills in a dynamic work environment. Our team is looking for candidates in Dover, Delaware or New Castle, Delaware. Our team is looking for candidates in the following fields:

• Water/Wastewater Engineering

• Bridge Design & Engineering
• Transportation Engineering

What We’re Looking For

Recent graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of experience in any of the listed engineering or geosciences fields. Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, geotechnical engineering, geology, or related field. Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and a passion for engineering solutions. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Desire to learn, grow, and develop professionally.
