About the role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional with a passion for helping individuals achieve their financial goals. As a Universal Representative, you will be at the heart of every member interaction, building meaningful relationships and guiding individuals toward financial success.

Responsibilities

• Create strong member relationships by identifying needs and matching them with the right financial solutions
• Aid with day-to-day transactions while delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service
• Open and maintain accounts, ensuring each member’s experience is seamless and personalized
• Educate members on account options, loan alternatives, credit criteria, interest rates, and required documentation—making complex topics easy to understand
• Take a consultative, solutions-focused approach to every interaction

Qualifications

• Previous lending or financial institution experience is required

Starting Range: $19.04 - $23.80
