Responsibilities
- Create strong member relationships by identifying needs and matching them with the right financial solutions
- Aid with day-to-day transactions while delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service
- Open and maintain accounts, ensuring each member's experience is seamless and personalized
- Educate members on account options, loan alternatives, credit criteria, interest rates, and required documentation—making complex topics easy to understand
- Take a consultative, solutions-focused approach to every interaction
Requirements
- Previous lending or financial institution experience is required
Pay
- Starting Range: $18.22/hr. - $22.78/hr.
