Responsibilities

• Assist members with everyday transactions and build rapport to foster a sense of belonging to the Texas Trust family.
• Create a welcoming member experience by personalizing every interaction, using the member’s name, and thanking them for choosing Texas Trust.
• Identify opportunities to exceed member expectations while adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Build relationships that enhance members’ financial futures through exceptional service in person, by phone, and in writing.
• Initiate warm transitions to other areas of the business to address extended member financial needs.
• Educate members on convenient banking options, including online and mobile banking solutions.
• Proactively collaborate with other departments to fulfill all member requests.
• Demonstrate flexibility by assisting in other lines of business as needed.
• Identify and take appropriate action to prevent fraud and financial losses.
• Embody and promote the “Yes And” culture within the team.
• Comply with all established regulations and legal requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
