About the role

Branch Delivery is responsible for delivering high-quality, consistent client experiences across branch locations while ensuring operational excellence and adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day branch service operations
• Supporting client transactions
• Ensuring accurate and timely execution of all frontline banking activities
• Coaching and supporting branch teams to meet performance expectations
• Implementing process improvements that strengthen service delivery
• Monitoring operational controls to reduce risk and maintain compliance
• Opening new accounts
• Handling teller transactions
• Marketing and cross-selling bank products and services
• Resolving complex customer service issues
• Utilizing banking knowledge to identify additional sales and service opportunities
• Building rapport to engage prospects in a banking relationship and enhance existing customer relationships
• Referring customers to other banking services and other bank personnel as appropriate
• Providing assistance and training to lower level employees
• Working under limited supervision for routine situations
• Analyzing non-routine problems to understand and resolve them
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Typically requires 5+ years relevant experience
• May require vocational or technical training
• Broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift objects up to 30 lbs

Certifications

• Possess or be able to obtain an NMLS registration

Pay

Compensation offered will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Certain positions may be eligible for incentive compensation, bonuses, or other variable compensation, subject to applicable plans and performance criteria.
